At Yaams, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and expectations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the United States.

International: We currently offer international shipping. Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers cannot deliver to your P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Yaams is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
